SCOPE OF SERVICES
W.J. Higgins & Associates, Inc. was contracted by Trivers Associates to assist with the schematic design phase activities related to the renovation of the existing building including system and detail development and evaluation of the proposed assemblies, integration of existing systems with the new assemblies, cost estimates of assemblies, u-value requirements as well as air and water performance.  WJH&A also provided construction document and construction administration services on the buildings as well.  WJH&A performed an as-built condition assessment, glass block removal logistics and system installation analysis.  Assisted with technical specifications, finalized performance specification, coordinated project team to ensure design was constructible, practical and economical.  Worked with the design team to develop design documents.
